Used for a long time. Lost my ability to edit existing appointments and put in new ones a few days ago. It says the calendar is "read-only" and there is no setting to control this. Emailed customer support and got email back saying I "must check the FAQs". I did that before bothering to email them.
This Hub has the calendar for my entire (busy) family of 4, with appointments a full year ahead. VERY frustrating. And only 2 weeks ago I had to contact them because all my reoccurring appointments disappeared and I couldnt put them back in.
