Your update wiped out my account

iPhone updated on Sunday and my account disappeared. Disappeared on my wifes phone too. Cant access for an account I pay. Customer service being very slow to react. Love the app overall but right now, missing my lists and joint calendars. Christmas lists, shopping lists, kid calendar activities... All gone. Ouch. Please help.
