Bad calendar download strategy

I hate it. I was tricked into downloading it from the Calendar5 and is sister sight. It said upgrade for $2.99. I assumed that I was upgrading the Calendar 5 or its sister sight. In fact this app appeared.

I do not want it, I do not like it. I want my money back.
